You are unique. This applies to your experience, fitness, past achievements and future goals. Also, personal circumstances and your injury and training history will conspire to make you truly individual. At Wolds Running, we will ensure that training plans will be designed to your unique requirements, whilst remaining flexible enough to fit in with your other ‘life commitments’. We do not use off the shelf running plans. We make plans with our athletes. It is a collaboration.
We will work with you to provide a training plan, to make sure that you achieve your goals. If circumstances change, then those plans can be revised, even on a daily basis, if necessary. We will ensure that you always have two weeks training. Your training program will be uploaded to Training Peaks a ‘state of the art’ platform that organises and tracks your training.
Your training session is uploaded to training peaks and your coach will analyse your training and make suggestions and adjustments. In this way, your training programme can be altered and updated, as required. Your training plan workouts will include all the information you need to complete your session: pace (RPE), heart rate zone, type of terrain and gradient (as appropriate) and duration. You have unlimited contact with your coach through Training Peaks and ‘Whatsapp’. You can contact your coach at any time and they will endeavor to respond, as soon as possible. In addition, your coach will call you every month to discuss how your training is progressing, with reference to your goals.
Monthly cost for remote coaching is £65.00 with a minimum commitment of 2 months.
